The fishing focuses on traditional finnish prey fish northern pike, perch, zander and whitefish. Pike can be caught during the whole open water season. Perch fishing becomes successful especially from midsummer onwards. Zander is active in summer particularly in the dusk which adds its own excitement into the experience. Later in the year zander can be jigged in daylight. Whitefish angling concentrates on the early spring when the water is still cold and the fish are closer to shore.
